New customers

If your brand has never ordered from PrimaLoft® before, please fill out our customer profile form. A PrimaLoft representative will contact you to let you know when your profile has been approved and help you to place your order.

To place an order

Download and fill in the PrimaLoft Order Form. You will need Microsoft Excel-compatible software to open the file. Email your completed order form to customersupport@primaloft.com. It is very important that your order form is filled in entirely for your order to be processed effectively. Missing information could result in delays.

Please follow the same ordering procedure as above, but note the following limitations on sample orders:

For outerwear and sleeping bag projects, a maximum of 10 meters per BRAND per YEAR is allowed for glove and footwear projects, a maximum of 2 meters per BRAND per YEAR is allowed.
