The lab in our Latham, NY headquarters serves as the company's primary R+D center and has been ISO 17025 accredited since 2020. This facility supports product innovation, ensuring technologies are market-ready by validating performance benefits and claims, while also conducting competitive analysis.

A second lab in our Xiamen, China office focuses on helping products scale across PrimaLoft's manufacturing network while supporting quality control.

In addition to lab testing, PrimaLoft® ambassadors and athletes wear-test products around the globe, providing insights from real-world conditions. The unbiased feedback based solely on performance during use is also validated by additonal lab analysis.
