Manufacturing facilities utilize renewable energy sources, including solar power, to reduce reliance on fossil fuels.

PrimaLoft P.U.R.E.® is a manufacturing technology designed to reduce emissions during insulation production. Traditional manufacturing has long relied on fossil fuels and energy-intensive equipment. PrimaLoft P.U.R.E.® reduces emissions by replacing fossil fuel-powered processes with renewable energy sources and more efficient electric-powered machinery.
The result is the same trusted PrimaLoft® insulation, produced using a more efficient manufacturing process. The carbon footprint reductions have been independently audited by SGS North America, Inc.
Manufacturing facilities utilize renewable energy sources, including solar power, to reduce reliance on fossil fuels.
PrimaLoft P.U.R.E.® manufacturing technology is used across a growing range of PrimaLoft® insulation products. As of 2026, Gold, Silver, ThermoPlume®+ and several Active Insulation products have been converted to P.U.R.E. manufacturing, and this is just the start. PrimaLoft is working with manufacturing partners to expand renewable energy infrastructure and production capabilities so P.U.R.E. technology can be applied across more insulation platforms in the future.
Our goal is to continue expanding P.U.R.E. across the PrimaLoft® portfolio, bringing reduced-emissions manufacturing to more of the insulation products trusted by brands and consumers around the world.
